"LA GRANDE PARADE”. Il CEDAC collabora con la Galleria Carré Dorè di Monte-Carlo alla realizzazione di un’esposizione d’Arte dedicata al circo.
Anche quest’anno il CEDAC, in occasione dell’annuale Festival Internazionale del Circo di Monte-Carlo, ha aperto le porte del suo archivio, collaborando questa volta con la Galleria monegasca Carré Doré, attraverso il prestito di alcune grafiche d’autore custodite presso il Centro. Si tratta di quattro litografie numerate a tema circense degli autori Raoul Dufy, Fernand Léger, Maurice Leblanc e Camille Hilaire che andranno ad integrare una galleria espositiva collaterale alla mostra d’arte “LA GRANDE PARADE”,che si terrà presso le sale della Galleria Carré Dorè, dal 19 al 29 gennaio 2012.
Quest’esposizione, proprio in concomitanza con il 36° Festival Internazionale del Circo, renderà omaggio al mondo della pista attraverso l’esposizione di opere della pittrice italiana Nevia Togni, ultima discendente di Darix Togni, e dell’ Artista russo Igor Akimov che presenterà la sua nuova serie di opere, dedicate appunto al circo.
Il Vernissage avrà luogo il 21 Gennaio 2012 alle ore 18,30 presso la galleria, alla presenza dei due Artisti e delle autorità locali.
“LA GRANDE PARADE”
The CEDAC collaborates with the Monte-Carlo Carré Doré Gallery to an Art exhibition dedicated to the circus.
This year the CEDAC, at the annual International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo, opens the doors of its archive, collaborating with Monaco Carré Doré Gallery, loaning some graphics belonging to the Centre. There are four numbered lithographs with circus subjects by the authors Raoul Dufy, Fernand Léger, Maurice Leblanc and Camille Hilaire, which will complete an exhibition gallery collateral to the art exhibition "LA GRANDE PARADE” (THE BIG PARADE), which will be held at the Carre Dore Art Gallery , from the 19th to the 29th of January 2012.This exhibition, held during the 36° International Circus Festival, will pay homage to the circus world through the works by the Italian painter Nevia Togni, the last descendant of Darix Togni, and by the Russian artist Igor Akimov, who will present his new work, dedicated precisely to the circus. The Vernissage will take place on January 21st 2012 at 18,30 at the gallery, in the presence of the two Artists and the local authorities.
