RIORDINI AL CEDAC: PROGETTUALITÀ PRESENTI E FUTURE

In seguito alla nuova strutturazione dell’organico e alla luce delle nuove progettualità sviluppate e intraprese a livello internazionale, il CEDAC ha avviato un progetto di riordino che prevede l’inventariazione, la protezione con adeguati sistemi di copertura, la ricollocazione e la catalogazione nell’OPAC nazionale, dell’intero materiale monografico conservato presso il Centro. 

Il materiale fin’ora catalogato è altresì ricercabile attraverso la maschera di ricerca del Sistema Bibliotecario Veneto accessibile direttamente dal sito www.cedac.eu. 

Si tratta di un lavoro in progresso che ha l’obiettivo di agevolare le operazioni di ricerca e, di conseguenza, di studio dei testi che compongono i fondi, le raccolte e gli archivi di cui il CEDAC dispone. 

Il medesimo sistema di approccio alle monografie, verrà esteso, nel futuro più prossimo, anche alla “sezione programmi” e agli Archivi fotografici. 

Il progetto in corso prevede, nella sua fase finale, anche il restauro di un centinaio di monografie di particolare pregio di inizio secolo.

REARRANGES AT THE CEDAC: PRESENT AND FUTURE PROJECTS

In consequence of the new structuring of the organic one and in the light of the new developed projects and undertaken in an international level, the CEDAC has started a project of rearrange that foresees the inventory, the protection with suitable systems of coverage, the new press-mark and the cataloguing in the national OPAC, of the whole monographic material preserved by the Centre.  

The material listed till now can be also searched through the Librarian System of Veneto, accessible directly from the web site www.cedac.eu. 

It deals with a job in progress that has the objective to facilitate the operations of search and, as consequence, of study of the texts composing the funds, the collections and the archives arranges by the CEDAC.  

The same system of approach to the monographs, will be extended, in the next future, also to the "Programs Section" and to the “Photographic Archives”.  

The project in progress foresees, in its final phase, also the restoration of around hundred monographs of particular value of the beginning of the past century.
